No. Your cashier enters the mobile number and bill amount in our counter screen — your billing software stays exactly as it is.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, programme design and staff training are included in every plan.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They enrol with a QR or their mobile number and get a WhatsApp wallet link.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; the difference is prorated.
How is it priced for multiple outlets?
Per outlet, with volume pricing from 5 outlets upward. Pro and Enterprise share one programme across all outlets.
How long does it take to go live?
Most outlets are live within a day — programme setup, QR collateral and a short staff walkthrough.
