Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel an OrdrPro subscription and when a payment may be eligible for a refund. Any different terms stated in a signed order or proposal will take priority.
Effective: 3 November 2026
1. Cancelling a subscription
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing us from an address associated with your account. Please include your business name and registered contact details so we can verify the request.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You can continue using the service until then, and no further renewal will be charged once the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Renewal charges
To avoid the next renewal charge, send your cancellation request at least seven days before the renewal date. Requests received later will be processed promptly, but an already initiated renewal may not be reversible.
3. Refund eligibility
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- Duplicate charges or payments made in error are eligible for review and correction.
- If a verified service failure prevents substantial use of the paid service, we may provide a proportionate credit or refund after reviewing the incident.
- Refunds are not available for unused time, low usage, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal.
4. Failed and duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but the subscription is not activated, or if you are charged twice for the same billing period, tell us with the transaction reference. We will verify the status with the payment gateway and either confirm the activation, reverse the charge through the gateway, or refund the amount to the original payment method.
5. Setup and third-party costs
Completed onboarding, configuration, customisation, training, messaging, payment processing, and other third-party costs are non-refundable unless your written order expressly says otherwise.
6. How refunds are processed
Email your refund request within seven days of the relevant charge. Include your business name, invoice or payment reference, charge date, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and account.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same payment gateway that processed the charge. We do not issue refunds to a different card, UPI ID, or bank account.
- Once a refund is initiated with the gateway, it typically reflects in 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, card network, or UPI provider, it can take up to 10 business days; these timelines are controlled by the payment provider and are outside our control.
- Refunds are calculated on the fee actually charged. Taxes remitted on the original transaction are handled as required by applicable tax law, and a revised tax invoice or credit note is issued where applicable.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and respond promptly. Where a chargeback is initiated, we cooperate with the payment gateway and card network's dispute process and may suspend access to the service while the dispute is open.
8. Account data after cancellation
After cancellation takes effect, access may be disabled and account data may be deleted following our retention schedule and legal obligations. Please request any available export you need before the subscription ends.
9. Contact us
Send cancellation and refund requests to sankalp@calculasx.com. We will confirm receipt and tell you the outcome after reviewing the request.
