Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how OrdrPro collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when businesses and their customers interact with our website and loyalty services.
Effective: 18 September 2026
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact details, such as names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, and authorised users.
- Loyalty activity, such as enrolments, visits, purchases, points, rewards, preferences, and campaign responses submitted through a participating business.
- Billing and transaction references. Payment providers may process payment details directly under their own privacy terms.
- Technical and usage information, such as device, browser, IP address, access logs, and interactions with our website and service.
- Communications and support information you provide when contacting us.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and support OrdrPro services.
- Manage loyalty accounts, points, rewards, campaigns, and analytics.
- Process subscriptions, respond to enquiries, and provide customer support.
- Detect misuse, prevent fraud, and protect the service and its users.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- Improve our website, products, performance, and user experience.
3. Businesses using OrdrPro
A participating business determines why and how it uses its customers’ personal information. OrdrPro processes that information on the business’s behalf to provide the loyalty service. Questions about a specific loyalty programme, reward, or marketing message should normally be directed to that business first.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it only when necessary with:
- the participating business whose loyalty programme you joined;
- service providers supporting hosting, messaging, analytics, payments, and support;
- professional advisers and authorities when required by law; or
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
Providers receive only the information needed for their role and must handle it under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and service may use essential cookies and local storage for login, security, preferences, and reliable operation. We may also use limited analytics to understand performance and usage. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but some service functions may then stop working correctly.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with contracts and law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by information type and business instruction. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should use strong, confidential passwords and report suspicious activity promptly.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may opt out of promotional messages using the instructions in the message or by contacting the participating business. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children’s privacy
OrdrPro is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Participating businesses must not knowingly submit children’s personal information without the consent and safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
For privacy questions or requests, contact sankalp@calculasx.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or participating business.
