AOV (Average Order Value)

Average Order Value (AOV), also called average bill value or average cheque, is total revenue divided by the number of orders over a period.

AOV = Total revenue ÷ Number of bills. It is the fastest lever in hospitality and retail because it needs no extra footfall — only a better mix on the bills you already print.

Tiered rewards, threshold offers ('₹150 off above ₹899') and category-specific earn rates all raise AOV. Measure the effect by comparing enrolled-customer AOV against walk-in AOV, not against last month.
